Practice Schedules
Fall & Spring Practices
Fall & Spring practices are held at the Montour Marina.
Fall Schedule:
High School: Monday - Thursday 5-7 PM. Saturday 8-10 AM.
Dev Team: Tuesday & Thursday 5-7 PM. Saturday 8-10 AM.
Spring Schedule:
High School: Monday - Friday 5-7 PM. Saturday 8-10 AM.
Dev Team: Tuesday & Thursday 5-7 PM. Saturday 8-10 AM.
You can self-transport to the boathouse or catch the bus at NASH at 4:15 PM sharp - drop off at 7:30 PM. Saturday bus pick up at NASH 7:15 AM - drop off 10:30 AM.
Warm ups will begin at the boathouse at 4:45 PM on weekdays and 7:45 AM on Saturdays. All athletes need to be at the boathouse no later than this time.
NAI students can either show up at NASH at 4:15 PM or take the activity bus to NASH and wait after school.
Winter Training Practices
Winter practice is held at North Allegheny Intermediate High School in the weight room/cardio room.
High School: Monday - Thursday 5-7 PM.
Dev Team: Tuesday & Thursday 5-7 PM.
