Practice Schedules
Fall & Spring Practices
Fall & Spring practices are held at the Montour Marina.
Fall Schedule:
High School: Monday - Thursday 5-7 PM. Saturday 8-10 AM.
Dev Team: Tuesday & Thursday 5-7 PM. Saturday 8-10 AM.
Spring Schedule:
High School: Monday - Friday 5-7 PM. Saturday 8-10 AM.
Dev Team: Tuesday & Thursday 5-7 PM. Saturday 8-10 AM.
You can self-transport to the boathouse or catch the bus at NASH at 4:30 sharp - drop off at 7:30. Saturday bus pick up at NASH 7:30 AM - drop off 10:30 AM.
Captains' warm up will begin at 4:15pm on weekdays and 7:15a on Saturdays.
NAI students can either show up at NASH at 4:15 or take the activity bus to NASH and wait after school.
Winter Training Practices
Winter practice is held at North Allegheny Intermediate High School in the weight room/cardio room.
High School: Monday - Thursday 5-7 PM.
Dev Team: Tuesday & Thursday 5-7 PM.
