Practice:

Winter practices are held at North Allegheny Intermediate High School (NAI) in the weight room / cardio lab.

High School: Monday - Thursday 5-7pm

Middle School Dev Team: Tuesday & Thursday 5-7pm

Practice begins promptly at 5pm. All athletes must arrive beforehand and be ready to begin at that time.

Register:

Complete the Winter 2025 Registration Form by December 1st. Once submitted, new athletes will receive additional instructions to complete the required paperwork to complete the registration process.

Cost:

$375 for High School Athletes. $300 for Middle School Athletes.

Invoices will be sent out via TeamSnap.

Important Dates:

Tuesday, December 2, 2025: 1st practice for all athletes

Saturday, February 7, 2026: Pittsburgh Indoor Sprints (high school athletes only)

Saturday, February 21, 2026: Erg in the Burgh

Monday, February 23 - Thursday, February 26, 2026: MANDATORY Tryouts Week for High School Athletes (Middle School athletes will have practice as normal Tuesday & Thursday)
