2026 SPRING SEASON REGISTRATION

Join us for a challenging but fun Spring Season! Open to athletes in 7th - 8th grade as the Developmental team and 9th - 12th grade as Novice/Varsity.

Practice:

Spring practices are held at the boathouse, unless otherwise communicated.

High School: Monday - Friday 5-7pm & Saturdays 8-10am.

Middle School Dev Team: Tuesday & Thursday 5-7pm. Saturdays 8-10am.

A bus is available to transport athletes to and from the boathouse. Bus leaves NASH 45 mins prior to the start of practice, and returns 30 mins after practice ends. Captains' warmup begins at the boathouse 15 mins before practice starts.

The first practice of the 2026 spring season for high school athletes will be on Monday, March 9 from 5-7pm. Middle school athletes will begin on Tuesday, March 10 from 5-7pm.

Monday, February 23 - Thursday, February 26, 2026: MANDATORY Tryouts Week for High School Athletes (Middle School athletes will have practice as normal Tuesday & Thursday)

High Schoolers (9th to 12th grade):
1. Visit the NA Athletics website and complete your registration through Family ID (All the steps are detailed on the NA Athletic website.)

2. IMPACT Testing: All 9th and 11th graders MUST have a current baseline test on file. If you are a new high school rower in any grade, you MUST get your IMPACT test done. Our IMPACT testing dates: February 11 & 18 at 4:50pm at NASH. Full schedule and information here: IMPACT testing Schedule per Sport

3. Physical Form completed by physician

Middle Schoolers (7th & 8th grade):

Please note that our middle school (Dev Team) is currently capped at 10 rowers. Priority is granted to our current Dev team members.

No Rowing Experience Necessary!

2026 SUMMER CAMPS

Make plans to Learn to Row and hone your skills with us this summer! 

Camp Dates and Times Coming Soon!

This summer, don't just sit back - row forward! Whether you're picking up an oar for the first time or you're ready to take your skills to the next level, our week long summer camps are designed for all levels. Join us this summer for an unforgettable week (or weeks) on the water, where you'll build strength, confidence, and technique.

Learn To Row Camps are for NEW Athletes to learn about the sport of rowing and our team. Athletes will learn the basics of safety, boat handling, the rowing stroke, and training. Time will be spent in sweep and sculling boats as numbers allow and every week will wrap up with a day of intra-squad racing.

Skills Camps are for experienced athletes - at least 1 full year of rowing, looking to gain water time, refine skills and technique, and to gain fitness. Time will be sent in small boats primarily. Direct and individualized coaching will be provided.

Swim Test
All athletes need to pass a swim test before going out in a boat - details will be sent with registration information.
