Lindsay Feltz joined the North Allegheny Rowing Association coaching staff in the fall of 2018 as the Novice Coach. She was named Interim Head Coach in August 2024. Fostering a passion for the sport of rowing has always been the focus of Lindsay’s coaching philosophy, including applying the skills and lessons learned to face any of life’s obstacles. Her greatest reward in coaching young athletes is the opportunity to see the personal development that occurs - the mental toughness, responsibility, perseverance, self-confidence, and ability to work as a team - that the athletes develop as a result of participating in rowing.

Under Lindsay’s guidance, the novice rowers have excelled on multiple fronts, highlighted by a bronze medal in the Girls Novice 4x+ and a grand final finish in the Girls Freshmen 8+ at the Midwest Scholastic Championships in 2022. Her coaching also led the Girls Freshmen 4x to compete at the SRAA’s 2022 National Championships. In 2024, Lindsay coached the Boys Novice 8+ to a commendable 6th place finish at the Midwest Scholastic Championships, with stern four later going on to place 4th in the Boys Novice 4x+. Her dedication and knowledge have consistently elevated the performance of her crews, demonstrated by consecutive 2nd place finishes in the Girls Novice 8+ at the Head of the Ohio in 2019 and 2021.

Lindsay was recognized as the 2024 Midwest Scholastic Rowing Association’s Men’s Assistant Coach of the Year. She is a US Rowing Level 2 certified coach.

In 2014, Lindsay began her rowing career as a novice walk-on at Robert Morris University. She served as a team captain during her senior season and co-created the first learn-to-row program for Robert Morris Rowing. Lindsay holds a Master of Science in Data Analytics and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems. Outside of coaching, Lindsay works as a Data Scientist for Penn Interactive.
