Lindsay Feltz joined the North Allegheny Rowing Association coaching staff in the fall of 2018 as the Novice Coach and was named Head Coach in August 2024. Fostering a passion for the sport of rowing has always been the focus of Lindsay’s coaching philosophy, including applying the skills and lessons learned to face any of life’s obstacles. Her greatest reward in coaching young athletes is the opportunity to see the personal development that occurs - the mental toughness, responsibility, perseverance, self-confidence, and ability to work as a team - that the athletes develop as a result of participating in rowing.

Under Lindsay’s leadership, North Allegheny rowers have earned podium finishes at prestigious regattas including the Midwest Scholastic Championships, Head of the Ohio, and the Blake Haxton Regatta, along with multiple appearances at the SRAA National Championships.

In 2024, Lindsay was honored as the Midwest Scholastic Rowing Association’s Men’s Assistant Coach of the Year. She is a USRowing Level 2 certified coach.

Lindsay's own rowing journey began in 2014 as a novice walk-on at Robert Morris University. She went on to serve as team captain during her senior year and co-founded the university's first Learn-to-Row program. She holds a Master of Science in Data Analytics and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems. Outside of coaching, Lindsay works as a Data Scientist for Penn Interactive.
