Britta Wheeler joined the North Allegheny Rowing Association coaching staff in the fall of 2024 as an Assistant Coach. She leads the Middle School Developmental Team, where she introduces young athletes to the fundamentals of rowing in a fun, engaging environment that prepares them for the transition to the high school program. Britta also supports the varsity and junior varsity squads, contributing to athlete development across all levels of the team.

Britta is a USRowing Level 1 certified coach. She brings years of experience as a competitive athlete, having rowed for four years at the NCAA Division I level for Duquesne University, where she served as team captain during her senior year. Her rowing journey began at Upper St. Clair High School, where she first developed a love for the sport.

Britta is passionate about fostering confidence, teamwork, and a lifelong appreciation for rowing in every athlete she coaches.
